Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will:

• Plan and align the Product Releases according to the Customer needs;
• Prioritize tasks and continuously refine project priorities to ensure a balance between effort and importance;
• Ensuring all project expectations are fulfilled to ensure maximum satisfaction;
• Manage expectations, both internally and externally;
• Lead Design teams within the client needs with the use of agile methodologies;
• Work closely to multidisciplinary teams to create meaningful products;
• Main point of contact with the client.

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems and Computer Engineering or related field;
• 5+ years of experience in product management or similar role with Agile development methodology (Scrum, Kanban);
• Deep understanding of what makes a mobile and web application successful and the ability to translate these insights into features;
• Profile Solution-oriented, always ready to find new and creative approaches;
• Ability to translate stakeholder needs into business needs and requirements;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts;
• Ability to easily build relationships with the different players of the business;
• Able to adapt to a very fast-paced, consistently growing, and changing environment;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Verbal and written communication skills in English and Portuguese.
