STORE MANAGER – Vans Faro

Descrição da função:

Reportando diretamente ao Area Manager, será responsável por:
– Dinamização da estratégia comercial e cumprimento dos objetivos
– Análise dos indicadores de vendas, implementação de medidas no terreno
– Liderança, motivação e formação de equipas
– Avaliação do desempenho individual dos colaboradores
– Gestão operacional da Loja
– Coordenação do merchandising de Loja e posicionamento do produto/ marca.
– Gestão dos stocks e inventários dos artigos

Requisitos:
– Experiência no retalho, em marcas do mesmo segmento (preferencial);
– Conhecimentos das tendências de moda;
– Elevada capacidade de liderança e de formação de equipas;
– Foco no cumprimento de objetivos;
– Orientação para o cliente com vista a proporcionar uma experiência comercial de excelência;
– Conhecimentos de língua(s) estrangeira(s);
– Disponibilidade para realizar horários rotativos e flexíveis (obrigatório).
