  • You are proficient in English (B2).

✅ Your responsibilities

  • Be the bridge between the hotels and the suppliers providing information, offering support and solving B2B complaints.
  • Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists.
  • Customers advice by telephone, email or chat to provide information about products or services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, loyalty programs or details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
