Payment Specialist Polish speaker

TopTalent Recruitment Agency is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy who is seeking to onboard a Polish-speaking Payment Specialist for their Lisbon office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• The role of a Payment Specialist is to liaise and provide key support for Sales, Sales Support, Order Management on daily operational issues, resolution of customer queries, and escalations in relation to all payment methods offered on the Online Store.
• This involves daily interaction with our payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments and refunds by credit/debit card, wire transfer, loan & lease, and other various payment methods.
• The Specialists needs to be able to work in an information sensitive environment, constantly changing environment.
• Excellent telephone manners, interpersonal and communication skills and very good accuracy and attention to detail would be key. MS Excel knowledge is an advantage.
• Interaction with payment partners to ensure the accurate and timely processing of payments by credit card, debit card, bank transfer, loan, and leasing.
• Processing customer-related queries concerning payments, refunds, VAT-related changes, amending and re-printing invoices, raising credit/debit memos, and reconciliation.
• Liaison and key support role for Sales, Sales Support, and Finance on daily operational issues, problem escalation, and resolution.
• Mainly back office and Low incidence of Outbound Calls when applicable

REQUIREMENTS

• Flawless communication skills, both written and oral in Polish (C2 or C1) + Proficient in English (B2);
• Strong communication skills, team player, customer and maintain a professional attitude.
• Ability to work in an information-sensitive environment.
• Team player and ability to work in a changing challenging environment.
• Excellent telephone manners, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly motivated and organized with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Ability to use discretion and work on own initiative.
• Very good accuracy and attention to detail.
• As this job is in direct relation to order volume schedule flexibility is required.
• Experience in SAP is an advantage.
• MS Excel.
