The Role

This position entails managing claims for WTW customers. Key responsibilities include:

  • Efficiently monitoring all assigned processes from opening to closing.
  • Providing clients with updates at various stages of the process.
  • Registering processes in the internal system and archiving all documentation.
  • Preparing accident rate maps.

Terá a responsabilidade de gerir sinistros dos clientes da WTW que lhe sejam atribuídos.

As principais tarefas serão:

  • Acompanhamento dos processos de forma eficiente, desde a sua abertura até ao encerramento
  • Providenciar informação ao cliente nas várias fases do processo.
  • Registo dos processos no sistema interno, bem como arquivamento de toda a documentação
  • Elaboração de mapas de sinistralidade

The Requirements

  • University attendance or Bachelors degree
  • Previous insurance experience is valued
  • Proficiency in both Portuguese and English (valued)
  • Knowledge of Excel
  • Analytical skills and customer orientation
  • Team Player
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactivity, availability, and initiative
