Join our team as an IT Buyer (Remote – Portugal)!


What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and manage the negotiation and administration of IT contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
  • Engage with SaaS providers and integrators, leveraging your expertise to secure optimal agreements.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of sourcing processes, from developing specifications to finalizing contracts.
  • Maintain and utilize advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for various procurement activities.
  • Expertise in negotiation and contract management.
  • Strong ability to handle complex sourcing activities.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in negotiating and managing IT contracts.
  • Demonstrated experience in working with SaaS providers and integrators.
  • In-depth knowledge of sourcing levers and processes.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English, with a proficiency level of C1 or higher.
