We are hiring a Front Desk Agent (night) (m/f), As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the main liaison for guests, managing internal and external services and acting as the primary point of contact throughout their stay. You will act as Manager on Duty during the night shift. Responsibilities include assisting guests with inquiries about attractions, facilities, services, and activities, providing accurate directions, and delivering excellent service. You will anticipate guests needs, ensure personalized service, facilitate guest experiences and account management with the Sales Team, and foster interactions between guests, the city, and the hotel. Additionally, you will maintain updated guest profiles, conduct night inspections, handle requests, complaints, and emergencies efficiently, oversee arrivals and departures, manage financial transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare bills, balance accounts from day shifts, create the night report, and support Management with various tasks, contributing to the hotels excellence through teamwork and proactive suggestions.
