Who Youll Work With You will be based in one of our shared service locations in either Tampa, Lisbon or San Jose and be a member of the Global Visual Graphics & Media Adoption & Communication Team. Your core responsibility is to nurture and foster deep expertise and growth within our Change Management chapter. You will focus on mentoring, within the chapter, providing specific guidance, and ensuring that the best practices specific to the chapter are implemented consistently across teams. You will partner with other COE chapter leads (Service Design, Portfolio, Risk, etc.,) as part of our Transformation Office squads, where you will help transform our services from historically grown siloed offerings to an integrated global service offering built around our users‘ needs, that empowers our users and allows us to focus our custom creation capacity on the firm’s most important work. What Youll Do You will ensure and manage an end to end Center of Excellence for our Change Management chapter/domain – overseeing all aspects related to planning, budgeting processes used within the domain service. You will be responsible for ensuring our change initiatives holistically are (among products and services) meeting our business objectives by driving adoption, mindset, and usage working closely with our Change Expert(s). You will help Change Specialists identify issues and strategize solutions that focus on a variety of change aspects – including changes in business process, systems and technology, job roles, organization structures, mindsets, and behaviors. You will help guide a holistic view of our change strategies that include training materials and marketing campaigns that maximize colleague adoption and usage, and minimize resistance. As a Change Management Chapter Lead, you will ensure the chapter is driving faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact colleagues in our organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and achievement of results and outcomes. You will likewise have the people skills necessary to train and develop more junior colleagues, and the experience to drive support or lead conflicts or change initiatives, to continually improve the firm’s capabilities. You will also undertake any additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Change & Adoption. Specific key responsibilities include:
  • Fostering and deepening change management expertise with the team, ensuring that the latest best practices and techniques are being followed
  • Leading Change Management chapter by being a leader of leaders; direct reporting, typically Orange to yellow level; identifying key talent/high potentials and creating growth environments to accelerate leadership readiness and build next generation of “Yellow leaders”
  • Developing an extensive working knowledge of our products and services
  • Engaging in strategic planning for Change Management domain, determining the best methodologies or tools to be adopted
  • Drawing an understanding of user base to inform adoption and product strategy throughout a product’s lifecycle and owns end-to-end delivery of the product adoption customer journey
  • Leading a holistic view of our change management strategies and helps guide adoption marketing campaigns, partnering closely with our Change Experts and Communication Manager
  • Influencing the culture and dynamics for the Change Management chapter
  • Guiding changes in process, culture, mindset, skills and behaviors required to achieve objectives and key results
  • Managing stakeholders; circles include senior leaders at Green and Blue impact levels, firm function leaders (e.g. HR, Recruiting, Talent)
  • Facilitating change management activities (i.e., webinars, roadshows) designed to inform and educate internal customers where needed
  • Continuously recognizing barriers to change and develop ways to address or overcome those barriers
  • Guiding change management strategies that include a variety of tested and proven channels and tactics, and cover the full influence model
  • Reviewing adoption metrics to identify areas of opportunity to increase product adoption
  • Continuously identifying opportunities for improvement to refine program and improve customer outcomes
  • Strategically partnering with other Chapter Leads within service design, product development, operational leaders etc., in the rollout of new products and services
  • Driving organization-wide innovation: working closely with peer managers and leadership to review/inspect organizational opportunities and prioritize them for improvement; facilitating an organization of continuous process improvement: reviewing and analyzing operational reports and other intelligence essential to the business, makes necessary addition/changes to existing programs or strategies, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Change Management certification or relevant degree
  • 6+ years of professional experience in change management
  • Expert engagement and communication skills with proven ability to create clear, concise and tactful messages
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum rituals, research and research communities
  • Deep experience with org. change management [Influence Model, ProSci ADKAR or other]
  • Expertise in the field of Change, and strong trajectory of building and expanding that expertise
  • Exceptional English communication skills – verbal and written, and presents with confidence
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong listener
  • Excellent organizational and project-management skills, strong problem-solver
  • Emerging strong judgement, strategic thought partner
  • Ability to create a strong reputation and credibility with organizational stakeholders and with customer teams; knowledge of the firm, Visual Graphics & Media function, and key communities is an advantage
  • Excellent ability to collaboratively work with diverse stakeholder groups with exceptional listening skills, able to effectively manage upwards (senior leadership), and exceptional syndication abilities
  • A strong sense of commitment to team members
  • The ability to be strategic while also execute best practices and foster domain expertise
  • Strong interest in guiding global communications that drive engagement
  • Flexibility to travel, attend events as required and to work, if needed, outside of standard office hours
  • The role must function effectively and diplomatically within a fast-paced, non-hierarchical professional service partnership. The ideal candidate will be a mature leader with proven expertise in the Change Management domain with a spike in the communication field, a nurturing people leader, interested in innovation, have a positive, can-do attitude, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the group.
