What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or e-mail in the after-sales process by answering inquiries regarding their orders and attending potential requests
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers complaints.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Your qualifications

• Have a high level of Swiss-German (written and oral) C1 and good level of English
• Have excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit
• Have a previous experience in customer service
• Youre analytical by nature and able to anticipate problems and find solutions
