We have a great new opportunity for a Workforce Analyst to join the People team! You will be one of a team of three, reporting into the Global Head of Workforce Analytics. As a Workforce Analyst at Kantar you will be a technical expert in reporting and analysis of people and organizational data. You will help drive organizational success through the enablement of data-driven decisions at all levels of the organization. Role Description The Workforce Analyst position plays a crucial role in providing technical support, reporting, analysis, and data management for the Workforce Analytics function within the organization. Leveraging expertise in data systems, analytical tools, reporting, and HR processes, the role supports the collection, analysis, and interpretation of workforce data to drive strategic decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness. By collaborating with stakeholders to drive data-based outcomes, and ensuring data integrity, the Workforce Analyst contributes to the successful implementation and utilization of workforce analytics solutions across the organization. Role Requirements & Capabilities Report Development:
  • Design and develop Workday reports to meet diverse reporting needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into report specifications.
  • Utilize Workday Report Writer and other reporting tools to extract, manipulate, and visualize data effectively.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with data security standards.
Data Analysis:
  • Analyze data trends and patterns to identify insights and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability of report data.
  • Interpret complex data sets and present findings in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders.
Report Maintenance and Optimization:
  • Maintain and update existing reports to reflect changes in business requirements or system configurations.
  • Optimize report performance and efficiency.
  • Implement best practices for report organization, naming conventions, and version control.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate across the business and enabling functions to understand reporting needs and requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide support to end-users on accessing and interpreting Workday reports.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:
  • Document report specifications, data sources, and report development processes for future reference.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with team members to promote continuous learning and skill development.
  • Contribute to the development of standardized reporting templates and guidelines.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Report Writer.
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting requirements.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to reporting.
  • Prior experience in report writing, data analysis, or HR analytics
