  • Implement and optimize effective sales techniques for increased productivity.
  • Respond to client inquiries and facilitate efficient sales closure.
  • Manage quotations, collaborate with colleagues, and ensure timely sales completion.
  • Maintain accurate sales-related documentation and reports for the Managing Director.
  • Support daily departmental operations and maintain organized client files.
  • Assist with general office tasks and coordinate regular mailers to agents.
