Logoplaste is currently seeking to recruit an Junior Internal Auditor - Logistics to integrate the Operating System & Metrics (OSM) department of Logoplaste.

Job Summary

Provide assurance on the compliance of the company’s logistics policies and processes. Perform analysis and evaluate business data. Give support on the internal audit findings and recommendations. Work closely with the plant teams, providing training and support on all logistics related processes.

Key tasks & Activities

• Perform logistic audits to Logoplaste plants
• Evaluate the integrity and completeness of the data in Logoplaste’s ERP (SAP)
• Liaise with all relevant departments and all levels of the organization as well as external entities (where necessary) to ensure that the audit process is carried out efficiently
• Compiles, issues and present audit reports which reflects the observations, results and recommendations to improve compliance
• Monitor and verify master data requests
• Evaluate compliance, prepare and provide training and support to ensure better understanding of the corporate policies and logistic procedures
• Work closely with other team members to update and improve Logoplaste Logistic Corporate Processes and Best Practices
• Collaborate with the team in doing studies (ad-hoc and routine)
• Carry out ad-hoc analysis on request and prepare reports to facilitate decision-making
• Understand and compile industrial metrics and contribute toward helping the business units improve their KPIs results
• Perform any other duty as may be assigned by team manager

Who we are looking for…

Background and Experience

• Degree in Engineering (preferred) or Business Administration/ Management
• Previous contact with industrial/manufacturing environment
• Experience in an equivalent function is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Experience working with SAP
• High level of proficiency of Microsoft applications
• Advanced Level of Excel knowledge (Mandatory)
• Power BI or other BI software knowledge (preferred)

Interpersonal Skills

• Work in a team environment (Team Player)
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good level of self-confidence/profile balance
• Good analytical skills
• Self-starter, proactive attitude and able to work with low guidance
• Adaptability to the group diversity and changing environment
• Flexible and available to travel internationally
