- Atendimento inbound de Apoio ao Cliente em linha de referenciada marca de eletrodomésticos;
- Informação, esclarecimento e resolução de questões apresentadas;
- Crosseling.
Requisitos:
- Experiência anterior em Contact Center;
- Destreza informática na ótica do utilizador (domínio do Excel);
- Capacidade de comunicação e escuta ativa;
- Atitude comercial;
- Autonomia, dinamismo e dedicação;
- Elevado sentido de responsabilidade.
- Disponibilidade imediata.
Horários: Compreendido entre as 09H e as 19H de 2ª a 6ª.
