Principais Tarefas e Responsabilidades:
- Identificar indisponibilidades aplicacionais e infraestrutura com resolução em primeira linha ou encaminhamento para equipas de suporte;
- Monitorização de tarefas calendarizadas (job scheduling);
- Monitorização de indicadores de desempenho aplicacionais;
- Execução de tarefas procedimentadas;
- Tratamento e resolução de emails;
- Execução de intervenções procedimentadas.
Requisitos:
- Gosto por informática;
- Boa capacidade de comunicação oral e escrita;
- Disponibilidade para trabalhar por turnos rotativos 24/7 (mandatório): Turnos de 8h: 08h-16h/16h-00h/00h-08h;
- Elegivel para Estágio Profissional IEFP-
