We are currently looking for an intern to join our IT Procurement team. This is an IEFP internship, based in our Paço de Arcos office.

Main tasks:

• Assist in the procurement of IT hardware, software, and services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their products and services.
• Support the preparation and administration of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Request for Quotations (RFQs).
• Maintain and update procurement records, databases, and documentation.
• Help manage supplier relationships, including communication, negotiation, and performance evaluation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand their IT needs and requirements.
• Assist in cost analysis and budgeting for IT procurement projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
• Excellent communication skills and a proficient level of English
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Interest in IT and technology trends.
• Based in Lisbon and able to come to the office regularly.
