Key Responsibilities:

Sales Coaching:

• Provide one-on-one coaching to sales representatives to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and process adherence.
• Deliver constructive feedback to help reps overcome challenges and achieve sales targets.
• Customize coaching plans based on individual rep needs and performance levels.

Training and Development:

• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on sales techniques, objection handling, and product features.
• Ensure new hires receive thorough onboarding and continuous training to drive their success.
• Identify training needs through performance analysis and develop programs to address skill gaps.

Performance Analysis:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and revenue targets.
• Collaborate with managers to implement strategies for sales growth based on data insights.

Quality Assurance:

• Monitor sales interactions to ensure compliance with company standards and service excellence.
• Provide coaching aimed at maintaining high-quality customer interactions.
• Implement continuous improvement processes to enhance sales performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with other departments to align sales strategies with organizational goals.
